Lotte - The Backpackers 69117 Heidelberg

The ‘Lotte’ hostel is located in the heart of Heidelberg's old town. You will stay in one of the historic houses in the city directly below the castle.

With our eight guest rooms and their retro-modern design,
you have the feeling of staying in a real residential building from the old days.

Many sights, bars, restaurants and Heidelberg's main shopping street are all just a few minutes' walk away. In our cosy living room you can get to know other travellers and exchange experiences.

Our fully equipped kitchen offers you the opportunity to prepare your own meals. In addition, we offer you muesli, various breakfast cereals, milk, oat milk, teas and very tasty coffee around the clock and free of charge. Bed linen is included. You are welcome to bring your own towels. We have some available to borrow on request if needed.

We also have a bicycle storage room. Parking spaces for cars are available in the public car park P12 directly opposite for a fee.

The nearest bus stop is "Rathaus/Bergbahn". From Heidelberg main station it is 10 minutes to us. Then another 30 metres on foot and you're there! In the heart of Heidelberg's old town and probably the cosiest hostel in Germany!

If you arrive after 9 pm, please let us know in good time.

As we are a very small hostel in Heidelberg and see ourselves as a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, we are particularly suitable for single travellers, couples and small, quiet groups of up to 6 people. Minimum age in the dormitory: 16 years. Please understand that we cannot accept pets.
