16 fully equipped, fully furnished fitters' flats, which have just been completely renovated a short time ago. Central and quiet location in Duisburg-Walsum.
For large groups, a whole apartment building with 16 apartments (up to 80 beds) can be rented! We offer attractive and individual prices for long term stays and group bookings.

We welcome all bookings from 1 to 80 people! The minimum stay is 3 days.
There are 16 apartments with a total of 30 rooms, each with 2 to 4 single beds. Each apartment has its own bathroom (some have two or an extra toilet) and a fully equipped kitchen.
Newly renovated apartments with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom/WC from 1 person and groups up to 80 people, Smart TV, WLAN / WIFI, single beds, parking, one washing machine and dryer per apartment. All rooms have high speed internet.
Kitchens are fully equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, deep fryer and electric kettle. Shared kitchens, bathrooms and hallways are cleaned weekly.
Beds are made fresh on arrival! Towels and interim cleaning are included.
The 16 flats are centrally located but quiet in Duisburg-Walsum. All shops for daily needs are close by (between 10 and 15 minutes by car).
Accommodation prices are per room, net (including all ancillary costs, including WLAN) and refer to weekly bookings at full occupancy. Prices may vary slightly for shorter stays. Please call or email for current rates and availability.
