General description

The light-filled house has been lovingly modernized down to the last detail and shines in new splendor. The charm of the villa, combined with the creative maritime furnishings and the fireplace, give the pretty villa a cozy feel, a pleasant natural light, and warmth. In May and June, the house was furnished with new furniture, including new sofas, seating, beds, bathroom furniture, and high-quality, comfortable mattresses. Fresh, subtle floral arrangements also lend the house a lovely ambiance from the outside.

The "Villa Scharbeutz Pönitz" can be booked as a complete unit for two to a maximum of six people.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.

Pets are not allowed.
