We rent a 55sqm holiday apartment in the attic of a three-family house in the Postbauer-Heng district of Köstlbach. The apartment is fully equipped as follows:

Parking space available: Free in the yard right next to the house
Laundry facilities: There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facility in a separate basement room
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and coffee machine
Dining area: A dining group for 4 people
Living area: A sofa bed for up to 2 people and Smart TV
Bedroom: Two single beds (can be pushed together as a double bed)
Bathroom: underfloor heating, large shower as well as bathtub and toilet
Separate toilet: There is a separate toilet in the apartment

The apartment is rented as a non-smoking apartment. WiFi is available free of charge in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are changed every two weeks, cleaning service also every two weeks, if necessary by arrangement.
