The 140 m2 flat consists of:

- 30 m2 master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with washbasin, WC and shower, 200 x 200 cm double bed with high-quality mattresses plus an oversized single bed measuring 120 x 200 cm if required. Small desk for working in the adjoining conservatory.

- 20 m2 second bedroom with 120 x 200 cm single bed and a 100 x 220 cm bed for very long people. Second bathroom with shower and bath opposite bedroom 2. Small desk for working in the adjoining conservatory.

- The approx. 45 m2 dining and living area with optional bedroom 3 extends over two interconnected rooms and is connected to an approx. 12 m2 kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and a cosy seating area for approx. 4-6 people. In the dining area there is a dining table for 6 people, which can be extended to seat up to 10 people.

- The third bedroom can be used purely as a living room for 5 guests, with a large leather sofa, two armchairs and a TV. For 6 or 7 guests, there are also one or two single beds here.
