we are your provider of worker's apartments in the Rhine-Main area. Since January 2024, we offer a 175m² apartment near Darmstadt and Frankfurt am Main. The apartment is newly furnished and features a large kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cooking utensils, and more.
Additionally, you have access to two large roof terraces.
There are 5 bedrooms: two single rooms, two double rooms, and one triple room. Each room is equipped with a large 4K Smart TV and a wardrobe. High-speed Wi-Fi and regular cleaning are included in the price.
We are happy to offer short-term or long-term rentals at fair prices. Cleaning costs, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and bed linen are all included in the price. No deposit is required.
With the direct connection from Dieburg to Darmstadt or Frankfurt am Main, you can reach downtown Darmstadt in less than 10 minutes by car and Frankfurt am Main in less than 20 minutes.
