The Alte Bäckerei holiday flat in Werlte is a modern, cosy ground floor flat with barrier-free access. Ideal for 2 to 4 people, if required for up to 6 people, you will be offered a lot of comfort. During the core renovation and refurbishment in 2020/21, we used high-quality as well as sustainable materials - for a noticeably pleasant indoor climate to feel good. The flat has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a barrier-free bathroom as well as an additional WC. Through the kitchen you reach the covered terrace with garden furniture, which invites you to cosy barbecue evenings. Next to it is a lockable bicycle garage with e-bike and e-car charging facilities.

We are Elisabeth and Alfons Plaggenborg with our daughter Eva Maria and our son Peter. We have lavishly created a new, attractive holiday home in Werlte through core renovation and refurbishment. We wanted to preserve the old house from 1909 with its old character and charm and yet create a holiday home for guests and fitters with a modern, contemporary interior.
