on 01.01.2024 several rooms/beds will become available in Emmerting. With immediate effect, there is the possibility of organizing affordable long-term accommodation for your fitters.

The accommodation is ideal for fitters from the surrounding Gendorf plant, Wacker plant, Hasenkopf plant, etc.

The available units have a bathroom with shower, bathtub, WC, washbasin and bidet, a guest WC with WC and washbasin. All rooms have direct access to the terrace, so that smoking is possible without having to go through other residential units.

The following rooms are available
+ One triple room
+ Two double rooms
+ One single room

The accommodation units are equipped with a closet and a bedside table for each bed.

The apartment is equipped with a fitted kitchen and a central dining area. There is a washing machine and sufficient drying facilities in the cellar. There are three parking spaces on the property. It is requested that as few cars as possible are parked on the property. There are plenty of public parking spaces within walking distance. The apartment is equipped with WLAN. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our apartment. We only rent for longer periods.
The common areas are maintained by a cleaner.
