The newly renovated and newly equipped apartment is equipped with a new fitted kitchen with associated appliances (coffee machine, microwave, oven with ceramic hob, toaster, kettle) as well as separate single beds. A highlight are certainly the two floating single beds, which create a harmonious transition area between sleeping and living. A bathroom with shower is also included. There are also enough cupboards, tables and seating available. Free cleaning is provided every two weeks with a minimum rental > 1 month carried out.
A new smart TV with WiFi is available. Various streaming offers, such as Netflix, will also be made available in the near future. Smoking is possible, but please only on the covered balcony!
Vicinity:
Due to the central location (but on a side street), there are shops in the immediate vicinity, about 2 minutes by car. (within walking distance): including Rewe, various supermarkets, various snack bars (pizza, kebab, fish), butcher shop. Bus & train connections

Contract
The rental agreement is only concluded in writing.
The costs for rent, deposit and final cleaning must be paid in advance.
The minimum rental period is 7 nights.
Arrival from 3 p.m.; Departure by 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure. In the winter months we charge a heating surcharge in the amount of 10 euros per night
Cancellation fees and withdrawal:
You can withdraw from the contract at any time. The withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of withdrawal, you are obliged to compensate us for the damage caused to us:
no compensation from the day the booking is confirmed by the landlord until the 121st day before the start of the rental period
from the 120th day to the 61st day before the start of the rental amount of the deposit
from the 60th day to the 15th day before the start of the rental period 50% of the total price
from the 14th day to the 8th day before the start of the rental 80% of the total price. If you cancel less than eight days before the start of the rental, the full travel price must be paid. The date of receipt of your cancellation message counts. Amounts already paid will be offset.
