Description
I rent a 4-room apartment on the upper floor of my house to fitters and business travelers. The apartment is approximately 111 m² in size and has a balcony. It can be used by up to 6 people.
The apartment is divided as follows:
2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm, separated by two wardrobes that act as room dividers.
Only one bedroom is available for up to 4 people.
Bedroom/living room with satellite TV, sofa, a single bed measuring 120 x 200 cm and a wardrobe, as well as another single bed measuring 90 x 190 cm and a wardrobe. For occupancy of up to 2 people, only the living room/bedroom is available. The room is connected to the dining room through an open passage - see photos.
Dining room with dining group for up to 6 people, dishes, glasses and cutlery are plentiful
Large kitchen with a full range of cookware and utensils, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, large refrigerator and an additional fridge/freezer combination. A small dining area can also be used if necessary.
Bathroom with a shower, large sink, washing machine and dryer (both Miele).
Separate toilet
Hallway with built-in cupboard for vacuum cleaner, ironing board, cleaning utensils etc., a coat rack, umbrella stand, chest of drawers and a large mirror.
The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with the balcony door closed.
Linen: Hand and shower towels as well as bed linen are provided twice per person. Kitchen and tea towels are sufficiently available. You have to change and clean your laundry yourself.
Public parking spaces are available on the street a few meters from the house.
